Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of SendFrame ("SendFrame", "we", "us"), a live event photo stream service operated by Gunnar Selm, Elisenstr. 8, 86159 Augsburg, Germany("Operator"), reachable at hello@sendframe.io. By creating an account or using SendFrame you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
SendFrame lets an event organizer ("Customer") create a live photo stream: photos are ingested from a connected camera and displayed in real time to guests via a shareable link and QR code. Customers can moderate incoming photos (curation mode), restrict access (public, passcode, or private), and apply a text or logo watermark to displayed and downloaded images.
2. Accounts and events
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each event ("stream") has a lifecycle: draft (free, fully functional, capped at 50 photos, for testing before the event), active (consumes one event credit, live for the validity window you select — 24, 48, or 72 hours), and expired (uploads are rejected and the stream shows an expiry notice). New accounts receive one free trial event, capped at 100 photos, usable once.
3. Payment and event credits
SendFrame is sold as event credits, purchased one-time (not a subscription). Current pricing is shown on our pricing page and matches the prices charged at checkout. One credit activates one event. Credits do not expire once purchased, but an activated event follows the validity window you chose regardless of remaining credit balance.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record for your order, handles billing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout and payment process in addition to these Terms.
4. Photo content and moderation
Customers are solely responsible for the photos ingested into their stream and for obtaining any consent required from guests to display and share their images. We may remove content or suspend a stream that violates these Terms or applicable law.
5. Ownership — SendFrame is infrastructure, not a content marketplace
SendFrame does not create, own, license, sell, or acquire any rights in the photos that pass through it. All photos ingested into a stream remain the exclusive property of the Customer (or their photographer, under whatever arrangement exists between them) at all times. SendFrame is a real-time display and delivery pipeline: what you pay for is access to the streaming, curation, watermarking, and timed-expiry infrastructure for an event — never the photos themselves. We do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise deal in third-party photo content, and guests viewing or downloading from a stream do so solely at the Customer's direction and under the Customer's authorization, not as a purchase from SendFrame.
6. Data retention
Photos and stream data are automatically deleted after the display window you configure. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and for how long.
7. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- No attempting to bypass access controls (passcode, private mode) on a stream you do not own.
- No use of the service to harass, defame, or endanger any person.
- No automated abuse of the upload or viewing endpoints.
8. Availability
SendFrame is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from downtime.
9. Termination
You may delete your account and streams at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SendFrame after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
